All interactions, especially with everyday things, bear moments of staging. These interactions are not just dialogues between humans and objects, but also performances for others. „Performing Artifacts“ explores and stages these moments in which we are not only engaged in a dialogue with things, but simultaneously have an effect on the outside. The contributions are situated in the field of tension between performance, exhibition and use.
