The workshop will be held in English. However, language does not play a major role, as the workshop is visually comprehensible.

The workshop will take place in the New Hall of the Schwankhalle. All public areas of the Schwankhalle are accessible at ground level and without steps.

There are three different restrooms: a barrier-free restroom that is also accessible to wheelchair users, a restroom with three toilet stalls, and a restroom with urinals and one toilet stall.
