Sausage-making workshop
As a test for their new production “Grilling Me Softly - ein bunter Abend über Fleisch,” the Syndikat Gefährliche Liebschaften invites the audience to start the grilling season with self-made sausages. After a crash course in the basics of making sausages, the participants give it a try and make their own bratwursts according to their taste. While grilling the creations, we talk about our barbeque biographies and the dream of an industrial “meat turnaround”: What does the ultimate sausage consist of? Who is the grill master of our life? How has the order of the grill area shaped us in social terms? From vegans to meat lovers—everyone is welcome! The sausages are made with artificial or natural casing, as desired.
The Performance ›Grilling Me Softly‹ premieres on June 10 + 11 at Schwankhalle.
