In ›Bodies of Resonance‹, the collective Tremenda Corporea invites you to join a sonic ritual: a ‚Resonance Walk‘ around the Werdersee. To resonate is to sound again, to carry out a sound, a vibration that has entered a body and wants to bounce. Human, animal and other living resonant bodies communicate on common frequencies, generating empathy and affinity. During the walk, participants carry ceramic vessels in which electronic components allow recording sounds: Sounds of voices, breathings, nature or even thoughts. At the end of the walk, the largest resonating body in the area, the Werdersee, will be made to sound by this unusual orchestra.

Tremendo Corporea are Carla, Icaro, Rahel and Victor – a collective of interdisciplinary artists, performers and design students from HfK Bremen. Their artistic inquiry ranges from the use of digital media tools, sound studies, body knowledge to performativity and materiality.
