The development of socially compatible, inclusive and decelerated work models are playing an increasing role in artistic work and institutions. But there’s certainly room for improvement. How do we want to work? How can we avoid reproducing forms of labor in art that we actually want to get rid of? After Oblivia’s music theater piece »Pleasure,« we will discuss concrete approaches and new strategies.
